Amendment to the regulation on the implementation of the Turkish Citizenship by Investment Changes is official now!
With the amendment made in the regulation on the implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law, the requirement to purchase real estate in the amount of $250.000 determined for the Turkish Citizenship by Investment was increased to $400.000. The decision will enter into force one month later.
According to the regulation published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; The amount of 250 thousand dollars for the transition to Turkish Citizenship by buying a house was increased to 400 thousand dollars. The decision will take effect a month later.
It was stated that the decisions were made in accordance with Article 46 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901.
The citizenship limit with real estate is 400 thousand dollars
With the regulation announced a while ago about Turkish Citizenship by Investment Changes; With this regulation, the minimum limit was increased to $400,000 or equivalent in foreign currency in the practice of acquiring Turkish Citizenship through the acquisition of real estate for $250,000 or equivalent foreign currency. However, the application will come into effect after one month.
