In Türkiye, House Sales Statistics November 2022 decreased by 34.1% in November compared to the same month of the previous year and became 117 thousand 806. İstanbul had the highest share with 16.7% and 19 thousand 687 house sales. The followers of İstanbul were Ankara with 9 thousand 367 house sales and Antalya with 7 thousand 902 house sales with the share of 8.0% and 6.7% respectively. The provinces with the lowest number of sales were Hakkari with 34, Ardahan with 47 and Bayburt with 58 house sales.

In Türkiye, mortgaged house sales decreased by 57.7% in November compared to the same month of the previous year and became 16 thousand 655. Mortgaged house sales had 14.1% share of all house sales. In January-November period, mortgaged house sales increased by 3.7% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 258 thousand 524.
5 thousand 133 of mortgaged house sales in November and 70 thousand 170 of mortgaged house sales in January-November period were first sales.

In Türkiye, other house sales decreased by 27.5% in November compared to the same month of the previous year and became 101 thousand 151. Other house sales had 85.9% share of all house sales. In January-November period, other house sales increased by 0.3% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 1 million 19 thousand 135.

In Türkiye, second hand house sales decreased by 34.7% in November compared to the same month of the previous year and became 80 thousand 426. Second-hand sales had 68.3% share of all house sales. In January-November period, second hand house sales increased by 1.7% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 895 thousand 469.
In November, 6 thousand 83 houses were sold to foreigners
In January-November period, house sales to foreigners increased by 20.4% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 61 thousand 104.
