Yeşilpınar is one of the 21 neighborhoods of Eyüpsultan district on the European side of Istanbul . Looking at its administrative borders, Gaziosmanpaşa district in the west and south ; north of Akşemsettin ; To the east is Karadolap . It is also located in Yeşilpınar neighborhood in İsfanbul , which is a theme park and shopping center .

With KİPTAŞ Eyüpsultan Yeşil Pınar Houses, a design-oriented project will be built that will add value to the region with its social facilities and green areas, away from dense construction. An open site will be designed, 60 percent of which is green space, with playgrounds and meeting areas. A nursery, library and family health center will be built within the scope of the project.
