“STAY ÇEKEN” is a project by Çeken Yapı İnşaat A.Ş that consists of 2 blocks built on 4.200 square meters. The blocks comprising 5 stories and 11 stories, respectively, house a total of 121 flats of different types and sizes (1+1 and 2+1). Equipped with every detail for your comfort, the flats in Stay Çeken are provided with a high ceiling to boost up your life quality.

Reincorporating the so beloved terrace culture back into our lives, Stay Çeken offers a range of terrace alternatives from 20 to 75 square meters, along with a balcony in each flat.

Our car park with 1 parking lot per flat plus charging stations for electric cars resolves all parking problems thanks to 165-cars’ total parking capacity.

High street shops with 1.520 square meters of total space are waiting for their tenants to occupy these spacious and useful trade spaces that are all provided with high ceilings and wide large-sized shop windows.
